Description:
Harmony Medical Group is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and developing a rewarding career within the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and have previous sales experience. Candidates with a background in dental or medical sales will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s healthcare services and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
• Provide accurate information about medical services and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the CRM system.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or field sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Dental or medical sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sales techniques and lead generation.
• CRM systems and customer relationship management.
• Client communication and follow-up.
