Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-managed Telesales Representative to accelerate our business development pipelines within the private aviation charter sector. Your primary objective is to engage warm leads and convert them into successful bookings for our helicopter, turboprop, and private jet solutions. This fast-paced, fully remote position demands an exceptional inside sales professional who can navigate high-ticket negotiations over the phone and digital channels. The role requires a confident, articulate closer who thrives under strict key performance metrics and can independently steer corporate and high-net-worth prospects from initial contact through to confirmed charter agreements.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Lead Conversion & Inside Sales Execution

  • Engage warm leads, qualify client profiles, and convert active prospects into paying aviation charter customers.

  • Conduct continuous, structured follow-ups with prospects across telephonic channels, email, and designated digital platforms.

  • Uncover specific client transit needs and accurately recommend the most appropriate aircraft options, routes, and services.

  • Overcome premium pricing objections, manage customer inquiries professionally, and consistently hit or exceed monthly sales volume quotas.

Rigorous KPI Accountabilities

  • Guarantee rapid response times by engaging every single inbound lead within 300 seconds (5 minutes) of arrival, regardless of shift hours.

  • Construct and deliver comprehensive, written commercial charter quotes to the client within 30 minutes of initial contact.

  • Execute a minimum of 20 targeted outbound sales calls per shift to verified, qualified aviation prospects.

  • Maintain a minimum 15% lead-to-booking conversion benchmark on all qualified inbound inquiries.

Data Management & Collaboration

  • Meticulously log every customer interaction, call outcome, and pipeline change in the CRM system within 30 minutes of contact.

  • Maintain clean, organized records of all historical lead activities, client preferences, and transaction details.

  • Coordinate closely with internal sales and marketing divisions to refine lead-generation strategies and maximize closing ratios.

  • Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with private clients and corporate travel coordinators to secure repeat bookings.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Sales Longevity: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience handling high-ticket sales or premium luxury services, with references proving your closing history.

  • Communication Mastery: Polished, executive-level professional communication and command of the English language.

  • Infrastructure Equipment: Must personally own a reliable laptop, a modern smartphone, and a high-speed, stable internet connection to facilitate seamless remote shifts.

  • Autonomous Drive: Fully self-managed and independently driven, with the capacity to execute tasks at peak efficiency with zero direct supervision during your shift.
