Farnek is expanding its Facilities Management & Maintenance team and is seeking experienced technical professionals for multiple positions across the United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates with a strong background in facility maintenance, HVAC systems, MEP services, and technical operations.
The company is looking for dedicated professionals who can perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities while ensuring the efficient operation of building systems. Candidates with relevant UAE or GCC experience and strong technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, chiller, MEP, AV, and related technical systems.
• Carry out routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Follow safety standards, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth facility operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report completed work.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Relevant technical qualification, diploma, ITI, trade certificate, or equivalent certification.
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC and chiller maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Practical experience in MEP and Facilities Management maintenance operations.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HVAC systems and chiller maintenance.
• MEP maintenance and repair procedures.
• Preventive maintenance practices and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical maintenance team.
