Description:

Dominant Auditing & Accounting is seeking a Technical Assistant specializing in Tally Software Support to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is well suited for individuals with strong technical skills who enjoy assisting users, resolving software issues, and providing ERP support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting TallyPrime software while delivering excellent customer support and user guidance. Candidates with prior Tally support experience will have a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain TallyPrime software for clients.

• Diagnose and resolve software-related technical issues.

• Provide user training and technical assistance for Tally applications.

• Assist users with troubleshooting and software configuration.

• Support basic networking and Windows-related technical issues.

• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Experience with TallyPrime installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to provide software support and user training.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Previous experience in Tally software support is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage technical support requests efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of:

• TallyPrime software

• Windows troubleshooting and basic networking

• Technical support and customer service best practices
