Gummy Bear Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join its growing team in Dubai Production City. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young children and are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
The successful candidate will assist teachers in daily classroom activities, support children’s development, and contribute to a positive nursery experience. Candidates with a caring attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a genuine passion for early childhood education are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities and learning programs.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supervise children during activities, playtime, and daily routines.
• Support lesson preparation and classroom organization.
• Encourage positive behavior and provide care according to nursery standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective learning experiences.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years education setting.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai Production City (IMPZ).
