Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates for real estate positions.

• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Build and maintain a strong network of real estate professionals.

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and hiring process.

• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Headhunting experience in Dubai Real Estate (Mandatory).

• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.

• Excellent interviewing, screening, and evaluation abilities.

• Confident communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to identify and recruit high-performing real estate professionals.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

• Candidate sourcing and headhunting techniques.
