Lyka Realty is currently expanding its operations and is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who understands the real estate market and has the ability to identify, attract, and hire high-performing sales agents. The selected candidate will play a key role in building a strong sales force that contributes directly to the company’s success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and recruit high-performing real estate sales agents to strengthen the company’s sales team

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored for commission-based sales roles

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates within the real estate sector

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on their sales capabilities, experience, and market knowledge

• Achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality hiring standards

• Collaborate closely with management to ensure recruitment aligns with overall business goals and growth plans

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate recruitment or hiring for sales roles within the UAE market

• Strong professional network or demonstrated ability to source real estate agents, particularly in Dubai

• Ability to identify high-performing sales professionals with strong closing capabilities rather than focusing solely on volume hiring

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivering quality hires

• Previous experience in the real estate industry will be considered an advantage
