Job Description

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of recruitment for a defined portfolio of roles, managing every stage from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through to job offers and onboarding discussions. Day to day, you will balance proactive talent pipelining, structured interviewing, and stakeholder coordination, while using data to refine your approach and keep hiring managers informed. This 9-month fixed-term position is central to the Global Talent team’s ability to scale rapidly with quality, diverse hires in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, professional communities, and direct outreach, including nurturing relationships with passive talent over time.
  • Screen applicants using structured interviews and consistent assessment criteria, documenting outcomes and making clear, evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Act as the primary recruitment partner for assigned hiring managers, advising them on timelines, market realities, and role expectations, and escalating complex or sensitive situations as needed.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, coordinating interviews, handling scheduling logistics, and delivering timely, professional communication at every touchpoint.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating engaging content for social and professional platforms and supporting virtual or in-person recruitment events.
  • Track recruitment data meticulously across the applicant tracking system, generating reports on metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates to guide decision-making.
  • Negotiate offers confidently, addressing candidate questions and objections while ensuring alignment with internal equity and market compensation benchmarks.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the hiring process, then collaborate with the wider talent team to implement practical fixes and maintain compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must-have: At least 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with demonstrated ownership of mid-level hiring from sourcing to offer.
  • Must-have: Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels, including proactive outreach to inactive and passive candidates.
  • Must-have: Hands-on proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, including managing requisitions, pipelines, and reporting without supervision.
  • Must-have: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage candidates, managers, and cross-functional partners clearly and professionally.
  • Must-have: Analytical capability to interpret recruitment metrics and translate them into actionable insights for improving hiring outcomes.
  • Must-have: Strong negotiation skills for managing offers and resolving candidate concerns, knowing when to escalate more complex cases.
  • Must-have: Proven ability to multitask across multiple open positions, prioritizing based on urgency and business impact.
  • Must-have: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working within a global, matrixed, or remote-first organization.
  • Nice-to-have: Exposure to employer branding, talent marketing campaigns, or recruitment events.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with market research and compensation benchmarking for talent acquisition.
  • Nice-to-have: Basic AI literacy, including awareness of large language models, conversational AI, and prompt engineering to help modernize recruitment workflows.
