Description:

A leading retail brand in the UAE is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi. The organization is well known in the retail and FMCG sector and offers a fast-paced, growth-oriented working environment.

This role is ideal for HR professionals with strong recruitment experience, particularly in retail or FMCG hiring. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting the organization in attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various retail and corporate roles

• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs

• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

• Support HR team in recruitment planning and workforce requirements

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience required

• Prior experience in retail or FMCG hiring preferred

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

• Strong knowledge of:
• Recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Retail/FMCG hiring practices
