Role Overview
You will own the full recruitment cycle for a fast-growing aquaculture company, from writing job specs with hiring managers through to onboarding new hires. Every day you’ll source candidates across multiple channels, screen and interview them, and coordinate offer processes—always keeping the candidate experience centre stage. Your work directly supports a mission-driven team that is scaling rapidly, making your ability to move quickly and stay organised critical to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and administer pre-employment assessments and interview challenges as agreed with hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing hiring managers with guidance on interview techniques and best practices.
- Manage offer logistics: draft offer letters and employment contracts promptly, and oversee background checks for all hires.
- Partner with the wider talent acquisition team and line managers to ensure new employees have a smooth onboarding experience.
- Track recruitment activity against KPIs—timelines, candidate quality, satisfaction scores, documentation accuracy, and process compliance—and contribute ideas for improvement.
