Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional swimming lessons for students of different age groups and abilities.
• Encourage swimmers to build confidence, improve technique, and achieve their learning goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment during every session.
• Support the organization’s commitment to excellence in aquatic education and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher Award or an internationally recognized equivalent qualification.
• Passion for teaching swimming and developing swimmers of all abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality swimming instruction.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Swimming teaching techniques
• Water safety and learner development
• Effective communication and class managemen
