Description:
A growing organization in Dubai is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Intern to join its team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates to gain practical experience in supply chain operations, logistics coordination, procurement support, and ERP systems.
The selected candidate will support daily supply chain activities, assist with logistics documentation, maintain accurate data records, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in supply chain management and business operations within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational flowcharts.
• Support shipment tracking activities and maintain logistics documentation.
• Perform data entry and basic data reconciliation tasks.
• Create and process purchase orders through ERP systems.
• Validate ERP data accuracy and maintain updated records.
• Prepare reports and assist with daily supply chain operations.
• Support procurement and logistics teams with administrative tasks.
• Assist in improving operational processes and documentation procedures.
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
