Study Abroad Counsellor

An exciting opportunity is available for a Study Abroad Counsellor in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in education consulting or EdTech sales and are passionate about guiding students toward international education opportunities.

The successful candidate will counsel prospective students on undergraduate and postgraduate programs, assist with admissions and documentation, and provide support throughout the application process. Strong communication skills, sales ability, and knowledge of study-abroad destinations are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling to students seeking undergraduate and postgraduate study opportunities abroad.

• Guide students through university selection, admissions, and application procedures.

• Assist with documentation and ensure accurate submission of application materials.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong client relationships.

• Meet counselling and sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Stay updated on university admission requirements and study-abroad policies.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech or Education Sales.

• Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate student counselling.

• Knowledge of at least one study-abroad destination and its universities.

• Experience handling student documentation and admission applications.

• Fluency in English and Hindi.

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and sales skills.

• Strong knowledge of:

• International student counselling.

• University admission processes.

• Student documentation and application procedures.

• Education sales and client relationship management.

• Study-abroad programs and destination countries.
