Studio Coordinator – Admin & Operations
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Carpet & Rugs Design and Showroom
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Studio Coordinator to manage the day?to?day operations of a busy carpet and rugs showroom/studio in Dubai. This multi?functional role supports administration, client coordination, sales processes, inventory management, and studio operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Studio & Client Coordination:
- Manage the front desk and welcome clients
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with client interactions and enquiries
- Ensure the studio/showroom is presentable and organized
Sales Coordination:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
- Assist with order processing and follow?ups
- Maintain accurate client records and track enquiries
Inventory & Logistics:
- Track carpets, rugs, samples, and swatches
- Coordinate movement between studio/showroom and warehouse
- Assist with deliveries and dispatches
Administration & Operations:
- Handle day?to?day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
- Manage emails, couriers, and general coordination
Vendor & Accounts Support:
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies
- Assist with invoicing, expenses, and payment follow?ups
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years’ experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear communication skills in English
- Presentable and comfortable in a client?facing environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
