Studio Coordinator – Admin & Operations
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Carpet & Rugs Design and Showroom

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Studio Coordinator to manage the day?to?day operations of a busy carpet and rugs showroom/studio in Dubai. This multi?functional role supports administration, client coordination, sales processes, inventory management, and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio & Client Coordination:

  • Manage the front desk and welcome clients
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with client interactions and enquiries
  • Ensure the studio/showroom is presentable and organized

Sales Coordination:

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation
  • Assist with order processing and follow?ups
  • Maintain accurate client records and track enquiries

Inventory & Logistics:

  • Track carpets, rugs, samples, and swatches
  • Coordinate movement between studio/showroom and warehouse
  • Assist with deliveries and dispatches

Administration & Operations:

  • Handle day?to?day administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
  • Manage emails, couriers, and general coordination

Vendor & Accounts Support:

  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and supplies
  • Assist with invoicing, expenses, and payment follow?ups

Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in administration, operations, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear communication skills in English
  • Presentable and comfortable in a client?facing environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
