- Manage and protect corporate ICT infrastructure and space-related platforms, maintaining data integrity, system uptime, and secure access for all users.
- Implement robust backup, recovery, and cybersecurity controls to safeguard against data loss, unauthorised access, and system disruptions.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of enterprise systems and specialised space applications, verifying that they meet evolving operational demands.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults across space ICT systems, coordinating timely fixes and preventing recurrence through root-cause analysis.
- Investigate and advocate for cost-efficient and innovative ICT tools that improve service delivery and operational performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on research projects and innovation initiatives involving space digital infrastructure and data services.
- Support capacity-building efforts by organising training sessions and facilitating knowledge exchange on space ICT services, while also contributing to ICT risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Requirements & Qualifications
