Soft FM Manager

Role Overview

As Soft FM Manager, you will coordinate the daily delivery of soft facilities services across several Dubai contracts, keeping site teams aligned and service performance on track. Your oversight will help clients receive consistent, high-quality services while ensuring each contract meets its operational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct soft FM operations across multiple sites, adjusting priorities to suit each contract’s needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple Soft Facilities Management contracts.
• Experience in an airport, large shopping mall or residential complex is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of soft FM operations, multi-site contract management and service delivery.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain service standards across different locations.
• Clear communication skills and confidence managing client relationships.
