Electrical Supervisor

Role Overview

As Electrical Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, you will lead day-to-day electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding work across facilities and project sites. Your supervision will help keep electrical equipment and pump systems operating reliably while ensuring site work meets safety, quality, and project requirements, including on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and oversee technicians’ electrical installation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks at site.
• Monitor the condition and operation of LV and MV panels, MCCs, VFDs, and submersible pump systems.
• Coordinate daily work with technicians, contractors, and project teams to support safe, orderly site operations.
• Check work in progress and completed installations against applicable safety rules, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Identify electrical faults, guide corrective work, and follow up to confirm equipment is functioning as required.
• Maintain clear records of site activities, inspections, and electrical maintenance.
• Contribute to the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure work where required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 4–5 years of electrical supervision experience in the UAE.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Sound practical knowledge of LV/MV panels, MCCs, VFDs, submersible pumps, and electrical maintenance.
• Experience in water and wastewater projects is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Good communication, team coordination, and supervisory skills.
• Availability to join immediately or after a short notice period.
