A well-established wellness campus in Abu Dhabi is currently seeking qualified Arabic-speaking Social Workers to join its multidisciplinary team. The organization is focused on delivering high-quality social support services and holistic care to individuals and families within a structured and professional environment.
The ideal candidates will play a key role in providing case management services, supporting clients through structured intervention plans, and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery. Strong communication skills and cultural understanding are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management and social support services to clients
• Assess client needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Coordinate with healthcare and support teams for holistic care delivery
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation
• Support clients and families through counseling and guidance services
• Ensure compliance with social work standards and ethical practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Valid DOH/DHA license or eligibility required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in case management and client support services
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Strong knowledge of:
