Trade Objectives

We are looking for experienced and disciplined Painters, Welders, and Tilers to join our site team for an upcoming project in Westlands. We require professionals who take pride in their craft—whether it is achieving a flawless paint finish, ensuring structural integrity through precise welding, or laying perfectly aligned tiles. You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, adhere to strict project timelines, and maintain the highest levels of safety and site organization.

Technical Scope by Trade

Painting & Finishing

• Execute comprehensive surface preparation, including sanding, scraping, and filling cracks.

• Apply primers and final coats with precision to ensure a smooth, professional finish.

• Expertly mix and match colors to meet specific design requirements.

• Ensure all surrounding areas are protected and the site remains clean post-application.

Welding & Fabrication

• Perform structural metalwork based on project drawings and technical specifications.

• Securely cut, join, and repair metal components using standard industry equipment.

• Conduct self-inspections on all welds to ensure maximum strength and accuracy.

• Maintain all specialized tools and strictly observe PPE protocols at all times.

Tiling & Layout

• Prepare wall and floor surfaces, ensuring accurate measurements before installation.

• Cut and shape tiles to fit complex layouts using appropriate machinery.

• Apply grout and sealant neatly to achieve a high-quality, professional aesthetic.

• Ensure impeccable alignment, spacing, and level finishing across all surfaces.

• Experience: Verified hands-on experience in your specific trade (Painting, Welding, or Tiling).

• Certification: A relevant trade certificate is considered a distinct advantage.

• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling the physical demands of an active construction site.
