Description:
Tawkify is seeking a Signature Matchmaker to support clients throughout their personalized matchmaking journey. This remote role is ideal for an empathetic, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building meaningful client relationships and providing exceptional service experiences.
The successful candidate will manage an assigned client portfolio, deliver personalized matchmaking support, conduct client meetings, evaluate potential matches, and provide thoughtful feedback. This position requires strong emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to support clients through personal relationship conversations while maintaining professional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver Tawkify’s Signature matchmaking experience for assigned clients.
• Conduct client welcome meetings, post-match feedback sessions, and other virtual meetings as required.
• Search and evaluate potential candidates to identify suitable matches for clients.
• Communicate professionally with candidates to assess compatibility and suitability.
• Provide clients with meaningful insights and feedback throughout their matchmaking journey.
• Maintain accurate records and effectively use Tawkify systems and CRM tools.
• Follow company procedures, communication standards, call guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Client Services, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accountability for assigned goals and performance expectations.
Requirements:
• Experience working with goal-oriented clients, preferably within luxury or premium service environments.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive relationship topics professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.
• Excellent active listening skills with the ability to provide unbiased guidance.
• Proven ability to achieve performance goals and KPIs consistently.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting professional meetings through Zoom and phone calls.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital platforms.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
