Description:
A leading Metal and Signage Manufacturing company in Dubai is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Signage Wayfinding Draftsman / Designer to join its growing team. The company is seeking a creative and technically skilled professional who can handle signage drafting, wayfinding design concepts, and detailed production drawings for various projects.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the signage industry within the UAE or GCC region and should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production and design environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed wayfinding signage drawings and technical layouts
• Develop signage concepts, production drawings, and design detailing
• Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Create visually appealing signage layouts and branding elements
• Modify and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback
• Ensure drawings meet production standards and project specifications
• Assist in preparing print-ready and fabrication-ready files
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous UAE or GCC experience in the signage industry is preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and related design software
• Strong knowledge of wayfinding signage systems, detailing, and technical drawings
• Good understanding of signage materials, dimensions, and production processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Applicants must currently be inside the UAE
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
