Shop Attendant
The Shop Attendant provides customer service and sales support to customers shopping for smartphones, tablets, accessories and related products. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining product features, pricing and after-sales services, and recommending suitable solutions.

Requirements
- Work experience as a sales representative, sales agent or in a similar role.
- Understanding of retail sales processes and target-oriented selling.
- Familiarity with consumer behaviour principles and inventory stocking procedures.
- Basic mathematics skills and a record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting customer relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to work varied shifts.
Education and Experience
Diploma, KCSE or equivalent school-leaving qualification and at least one year of experience.
