Description:
Gorica Group is currently looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join its operations team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination abilities, tecnical understanding, and excellent communication skills to support service operations and ensure smooth workflow between customers, technicians, and internal departments.
This position is suitable for candidates with prior experience in workshop operations, service coordination, or customer support within the mechanical or automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily service and workshop operations efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, schedules, and requirements
• Support technicians and service teams with operational coordination
• Maintain service records, reports, and operational documentation
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving service-related concerns
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for timely service completion
• Monitor workflow and assist in improving operational efficiency
• Support administrative and reporting activities related to service operations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in service coordination, workshop operations, or customer service
• Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
• Strong IT and computer skills
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills:
• Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage
• Previous experience within engineering, automobile, or industrial service operations is preferred
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently
