Description:
A growing organization based in Dubai is seeking a skilled and results-oriented SEO Specialist with basic web development knowledge. This is an onsite role designed for professionals who can drive strong organic growth and improve search visibility through effective SEO strategies.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in organic SEO techniques, comfortable working with technical SEO tasks, and familiar with basic development technologies. The role requires the ability to deliver measurable improvements in keyword rankings and website performance within short timeframes.
This is a performance-focused position, best suited for someone who is proactive, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines and clear deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage organic SEO strategies to improve website visibility
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits
• Optimize website structure and content for search engines
• Monitor and report SEO performance and ranking improvements
• Collaborate on basic web development tasks to support SEO performance
• Ensure compliance with technical SEO best practices
• Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
Requirements:
• Strong experience in organic SEO with proven results
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs
• Familiarity with SEO and web analysis tools (preferably free tools)
• Strong understanding of technical SEO practices
• Ability to deliver measurable results within 7–14 days
• Proven SEO portfolio with keyword ranking improvements
• Clear documentation of SEO experience timeline
• Strong knowledge of:
