The company is currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join its Business Systems team. This role goes beyond traditional Salesforce administration and requires a systems-thinking professional capable of designing scalable customer lifecycle solutions, automating processes, and integrating multiple platforms across the organization.

The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing Customer Success operations, improving automation workflows, and supporting Sales and Marketing systems where needed. This is a high-impact role within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and automate scalable customer lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, retention, and renewals

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to replace manual workflows with automation-driven solutions

• Build and maintain system integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using iPaaS tools such as Workato

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and monitoring of integrations across systems

• Implement AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual operational workload

• Develop workflows to support proactive customer engagement and segmentation strategies

• Integrate telephony, chat, and customer communication platforms with Salesforce

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and automated workflows

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and enterprise-level system scaling

• Strong experience in Customer Success lifecycle management and operational workflows

• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools (Workato preferred) and system integrations

• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end business process automation

• Experience integrating Salesforce with communication tools such as telephony and chat systems

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data governance, and deduplication strategies

• Advanced data skills including SQL or similar querying languages

• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Lightning, Flow (record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows), and platform capabilities

• Strong understanding of security, access controls, and compliance standards

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in Customer Success scaling (onboarding, retention, renewals) within SaaS companies

• Strong background in automation-first system design and implementation

• Experience with AI-driven workflow optimization

• Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps Center

• Prior experience in high-growth startup environments with scalable systems responsibility
