- Present and demo the full range of kitchen appliances, matching product specifications to the technical and aesthetic demands of each construction project.
- Own the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature, including preparing detailed quotations, negotiating terms, and handling follow-up communications.
- Conduct on-site visits to project locations, client offices, and showrooms to assess needs, showcase products, and maintain a visible presence in the market.
- Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and securing referrals within the industry network.
- Track competitor pricing, product launches, and market shifts in the construction materials space, feeding insights back to the wider commercial team.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and after-sales support to ensure accurate order fulfilment and resolve any delivery or installation issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least three years of sales experience in the construction industry, specifically dealing with building materials or related product categories; experience with kitchen appliances is a distinct advantage.
- A demonstrable history of consistently hitting or exceeding assigned sales quotas, with measurable examples of revenue growth achieved.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in construction, real estate development, or interior design firms, and the ability to leverage those contacts for new business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- A diploma or degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Self-motivated and organised, capable of managing a demanding travel schedule and multiple active deals simultaneously.
