Description:

An organization in Abu Dhabi is currently hiring a Senior Officer – Admin Operations to manage and support key administrative and HR-related functions. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong UAE-based expertise in administration, HR coordination, and corporate support operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple administrative processes, ensuring smooth business operations, and supporting internal teams with travel, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, and documentation activities. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business travel arrangements and related administrative coordination

• Oversee payroll support activities and ensure accurate processing assistance

• Handle employee onboarding and recruitment coordination processes

• Maintain and manage company documentation and records accurately

• Support day-to-day administrative operations and internal department requirements

• Ensure smooth workflow across HR and operations functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• 4 to 5 years of core UAE experience in administrative or HR operations

• Strong experience in business travel, payroll, onboarding, recruitment, and documentation

• Native proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
