Senior IT Operations Specialist

Citi Developers is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Operations Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. The organization is focused on innovation, digital transformation, and maintaining strong IT infrastructure to support business-critical operations across departments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing IT systems, optimizing infrastructure performance, and ensuring smooth integration of digital tools and enterprise platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and independent operational management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domains, DNS configurations, and Active Directory integrations

• Administer Microsoft 365 environment, email systems, and user access controls

• Support website hosting, server management, and system-level integrations

• Configure laptops, software applications, cloud access, and IT assets for employees

• Handle IT troubleshooting, system outages, and performance optimization tasks

• Maintain and support VR systems, connectivity, and related technical infrastructure

• Implement IT security measures, backup systems, and risk management protocols

• Manage IT ticketing systems and monitoring tools to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, DNS, domain management, and IT infrastructure

• Hands-on experience with servers, hosting environments, and enterprise-level integrations

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices, backup systems, and endpoint protection

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to independently manage IT operations in a dynamic work environment
