Architect

Role Overview

Gebal is looking for an Architect to help shape design concepts and master-planning proposals for projects in Abu Dhabi. In this temporary role, you will develop design work, coordinate input from clients and project teams, and keep documentation and deliverables on track so that ideas progress into clear, quality-controlled project proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts and contribute to master-planning studies.
• Prepare design proposals and support projects as they move through development.
• Coordinate design discussions and information with clients and other project stakeholders.
• Work with internal colleagues to align design outputs with project objectives.
• Produce and maintain technical drawings, design records, and project documentation.
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality, and help meet agreed project deadlines.
• Manage competing design tasks while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in architecture, master planning, and creative design.
• Proficiency with relevant architectural design software and the preparation of technical drawings.
• Knowledge of architectural design processes and master-planning principles.
• Confidence communicating with clients and coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Strong creative judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines collaboratively.
• Formal education requirements were not specified.
