Role Overview
PW Solutions is seeking a senior engineer to shape the architecture and guide the delivery of enterprise software, with a focus on AI video analytics and intelligent automation. You will work across cloud and edge environments, lead engineering decisions, and help clients assess technical solutions, contributing to reliable systems that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable enterprise architecture.
- Lead the design and development of AI video analytics and intelligent automation applications.
- Build and improve solutions spanning cloud platforms and edge computing environments.
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices and REST and gRPC APIs.
- Integrate video streaming systems using RTSP and ONVIF protocols.
- Guide engineering teams, provide technical mentorship, and support sound implementation choices.
- Contribute technical expertise to pre-sales conversations with prospective clients.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver secure, dependable, high-performing software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 12–18 years of professional experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
- Strong capability in enterprise solution design and AI video analytics.
- Practical experience with at least one of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, plus edge computing.
- Knowledge of video streaming technologies, including RTSP and ONVIF.
- Experience building microservices and systems that use REST APIs and gRPC.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and experience contributing to client pre-sales activities.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline is indicated for the role.
- Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.
