HB Interiors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its growing interior design studio in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for creative professionals who can independently manage projects from concept development through final design delivery while maintaining exceptional design quality and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative interior design concepts, producing high-quality 3D visualizations, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating with suppliers and fit-out teams. All design work will be carried out under the guidance and final approval of the Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle interior design projects from concept development to final design delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and space planning solutions.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations.
• Prepare complete technical and detailed drawings.
• Develop material, finish, furniture, lighting, and FF&E selections.
• Prepare professional client presentations and comprehensive design packages.
• Coordinate design details with suppliers and fit-out teams.
• Review site requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Manage design revisions and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Maintain HB Interiors’ design standards throughout every stage of the project.
• Report directly to the Creative Director for review and final approval.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong portfolio in luxury residential and high-end interior design projects.
• Excellent 3D visualization skills.
• Strong knowledge of 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and FF&E.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept through detailed design.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
