Building CO. (BEST) L.L.C is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a highly qualified HSE professional with extensive experience in high-rise building projects and a strong background in implementing health, safety, and environmental management systems.
The successful candidate will lead HSE initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct inspections and audits, and provide guidance to project teams while promoting a strong culture of workplace safety. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs across projects.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, HSE audits, and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report HSE performance across project sites.
• Identify opportunities to improve HSE performance and workplace safety practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to project teams and site personnel.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or Level 6 equivalent HSE qualification.
• TRAKHEES Approval is mandatory.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Previous experience as a Senior HSE Engineer.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and industry best practices.
• Relevant professional HSE certifications are preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
