A leading hospitality brand in Dubai, McGettigan’s, is currently seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join its dynamic marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality creative work that supports campaigns, events, digital marketing, social media, and print materials. The role requires someone who can think beyond standard templates and consistently deliver fresh, engaging, and scroll-stopping visuals for a major hospitality brand in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design visuals for campaigns, events, digital media, print materials, and social platforms

• Create engaging and visually appealing content that enhances brand identity and audience engagement

• Work on fast-paced projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining high-quality design standards

• Transform marketing briefs into innovative and impactful visual solutions

• Design promotional materials for events, brunches, and hospitality campaigns

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

• Stay updated with design trends and apply creative thinking beyond templates and standard formats

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably at a senior level

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, branding, and digital design work

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original design concepts

• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes efficiently

• Experience in hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
