Linnk Group is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Fintech & Payments to join its team in Dubai. This role is suitable for professionals with strong expertise in fintech, payments, banking, or digital banking environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting digital payment solutions, and working closely with technical and business teams to deliver effective solutions. Candidates with UAE fintech experience and relevant industry certifications will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams.
• Support payment solutions involving wallets, card issuing/acquiring, and transaction processing.
• Analyze system integrations, APIs, microservices, and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in process improvement and digital banking initiatives.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong Fintech, Payments, Banking, or Digital Banking domain expertise.
• Knowledge of wallets, card issuing/acquiring, payment processing, and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, microservices, and NFRs.
• Strong skills in BRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of KYC/AML, fraud, disputes, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and UAE/CBUAE regulations is an advantage.
• CBAP/CSPO certification and UAE fintech experience are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Fintech and payment platforms.
• Business analysis methodologies and documentation.
• Digital banking processes and regulatory requirements
