Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and file accurate VAT returns and maintain statutory compliance.
- Manage month-end close activities, journals, reconciliations, and GL reviews.
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Overlook & Support AR & AP Functions
- Oversee Overall Company Audit & Compliance Requirements
- Oversee Insurance Claims tracking
- Oversee & Monitor Legal compliance (Licenses & Permits), Company Legal cases & Legal documentations
- Supervise and develop the financial reporting & audit team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, orFinance,
- CPA K
- 4-7 years accounting experience, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, audits, VAT, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
