Senior Accountant / CA / ACCA

An excellent opportunity is available for a qualified CA / ACCA professional to join a growing consultancy firm as a Senior Accountant. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who can independently oversee accounting, audit, taxation, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

The successful candidate will manage client accounts, prepare financial reports, oversee bookkeeping activities, and coordinate with auditors and relevant authorities. The position requires a proactive individual who is confident in making decisions, solving financial issues, and managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.

• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and management reports.

• Handle VAT, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Maintain client accounts and provide accounting support.

• Perform bookkeeping and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with auditors, clients, and government authorities as required.

• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Identify financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues independently.

• Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver accurate results on time.

Requirements:

• CA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.

• Strong practical knowledge of accounting, auditing, VAT, and taxation.

• UAE accounting and tax experience is preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in both Hindi and English.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting software.

• Microsoft Excel.

• Client account management and financial reporting.

• UAE accounting and tax regulations.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple clients and assignments.
