Keturah is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team in the United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, treasury operations, and real estate accounting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting audit activities, and overseeing treasury functions. Applicants with experience in the UAE real estate sector and modern ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and FTA requirements.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow planning, and financial controls.
• Perform escrow account reconciliations and maintain accurate records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS and company financial policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a senior accounting role.
• UAE real estate developer experience is preferred.
• Experience using Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• IFRS and Financial Reporting
• UAE VAT Filing & FTA Compliance
• Treasury & Cash Flow Management
• Escrow Account Reconciliation
• ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Internal & External Audit Coordination
