Description:
SANED Facility Management is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with extensive experience in financial operations, SAP ERP systems, and IFRS standards who can contribute to accurate reporting and effective financial management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, supporting financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing leadership in a fast-paced business environment. Candidates with UAE experience and backgrounds in facility management, contracting, or service industries are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Manage accounts reconciliation, journal entries, and financial transactions.
• Utilize SAP ERP for accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Guide and support junior accounting team members when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Senior Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and IFRS standards.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience in Facility Management, Contracting, or Service Industry will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP ERP accounting systems and financial reporting
• IFRS standards, budgeting, and financial analysis
• General accounting, reconciliations, and compliance procedures
