- Maintain CRM data integrity by ensuring every lead, activity, and customer record is accurately logged, updated, and compliant with company standards.
- Act as the liaison with financing and strategic partners to track customer approval status, communicate outcomes to the sales team, and resolve any documentation or follow-up issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline analyses that identify operational gaps and support management planning.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new sales representatives by organizing orientation, system access, training sessions, and distribution of sales collateral, price lists, and promotional materials.
- Conduct periodic audits of CRM records, sales documentation, and lead management processes to ensure compliance; recommend and implement process improvements or automation to boost efficiency.
- Work closely with Area Sales Managers to plan and execute sales activities, track worksheet completion, and ensure all operational records are submitted accurately and on time.
