Job Description

Role Overview

This role ensures the smooth daily operation of sales processes across multiple regions, acting as the central operational hub that connects field sales teams with departments like marketing, finance, and customer support. You will track every opportunity from initial lead through to final installation and payment, while maintaining clean CRM data, coordinating partner approvals, and producing the reports that guide management decisions. The position directly impacts revenue efficiency by removing bottlenecks, enforcing process discipline, and equipping sales representatives with the tools and training they need to hit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by coordinating lead handoff, customer approvals, documentation, and installation scheduling across regional teams.
  • Receive and qualify inbound leads from phone, website, referrals, and social media; assign qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative and monitor response times.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity by ensuring every lead, activity, and customer record is accurately logged, updated, and compliant with company standards.
  • Act as the liaison with financing and strategic partners to track customer approval status, communicate outcomes to the sales team, and resolve any documentation or follow-up issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline analyses that identify operational gaps and support management planning.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new sales representatives by organizing orientation, system access, training sessions, and distribution of sales collateral, price lists, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct periodic audits of CRM records, sales documentation, and lead management processes to ensure compliance; recommend and implement process improvements or automation to boost efficiency.
  • Work closely with Area Sales Managers to plan and execute sales activities, track worksheet completion, and ensure all operational records are submitted accurately and on time.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Agribusiness, Business Information Technology, or a directly related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years in sales operations, sales administration, business operations, or customer support, with direct experience supporting field sales teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
  • Technical skills: Proven hands-on proficiency with CRM systems, advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting), and sales reporting tools.
  • Domain knowledge: Experience in agriculture, renewable energy, financial services, or FMCG is strongly preferred.
  • Core competencies: Strong organizational and coordination abilities, excellent administrative and documentation skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Soft skills: High integrity, professionalism, proactive problem-solving, customer focus, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
