Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Location: Sosa Cottages, Kenya

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be a Kenyan citizen with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a friendly personality, high integrity, and the ability to plan and manage time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and visitors.
• Handle inquiries, correspondence, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and other basic computer applications.
• Plan and prioritise daily tasks to meet service standards.
• Maintain honesty and integrity in all interactions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a Kenyan citizen with relevant academic and professional qualifications from a recognised institution.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work hard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Must be honest and demonstrate high integrity.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer applications.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Relevant experience will be an added advantage.
