Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Primary Mandate

We are seeking a high-caliber Sales & Marketing Executive to elevate the commercial profile of our property. Your objective is to drive aggressive revenue growth across all streams, including room occupancy, conferencing, and signature events. You will act as a brand ambassador, building high-value partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and corporate entities while marketing the hotel as a premier destination for golf, weddings, and executive retreats. This role demands a blend of digital marketing savvy and traditional B2B sales expertise to convert leads into long-term commercial success.

Core Workstreams

Revenue Strategy & Partnership Development

  • Secure and convert high-volume leads for conferences, group bookings, and private corporate events.

  • Cultivate strategic alliances with tour operators, government institutions, and event planners to diversify the client base.

  • Market destination-specific experiences, positioning the property as the top choice for weddings and weekend getaways.

  • Conduct professional site inspections and presentations to showcase the property’s unique value propositions.

Digital Branding & Multimedia Marketing

  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across Meta and Google to increase brand visibility and direct bookings.

  • Oversee the production of high-quality visual content, including professional photography and promotional videos.

  • Manage influencer collaborations and experiential activations to engage the leisure and luxury market.

  • Monitor hospitality booking channels to optimize pricing and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Commercial Intelligence & Reporting

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database to track client engagement and lead status.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify untapped revenue opportunities in the region.

  • Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure that promised guest experiences are delivered flawlessly.

  • Generate data-driven monthly reports on occupancy trends, campaign ROI, and overall commercial performance.
