Role Overview
Sharjah Palace Hotel is recruiting for Sales Manager, Maintenance Technician, and Hotel Receptionist roles in its Sharjah operations. Each position supports a different part of the guest experience: developing hotel sales, keeping facilities in working order, or assisting guests at reception and helping daily hotel operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- For the Sales Manager role, apply relevant hospitality sales experience to support the hotel’s commercial activity.
- For the Maintenance Technician role, carry out maintenance work, including gypsum decoration tasks.
- For the Hotel Receptionist role, assist guests professionally and contribute to a positive stay.
- Complete duties according to the requirements of the assigned position.
- Coordinate with colleagues to support reliable day-to-day hotel operations.
- Follow workplace policies, safety procedures, and relevant operating instructions.
- Maintain professional service standards when dealing with guests and coworkers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant experience for the position being applied for; hospitality experience is required for Sales Manager applicants.
- Maintenance Technician applicants should have experience with gypsum decoration work.
- Applicants must be based in the United Arab Emirates; candidates available to start immediately are preferred.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to work.
- Ability to work cooperatively with a team and follow role-specific procedures.
