What You'll Do
As a Sales Trainee, you will:
- Support the sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads.
- Conduct market research and proactively reach out to schools and educational institutions.
- Assist in scheduling and preparing for client presentations, demos, and follow-up meetings.
- Promote marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to drive interest and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and help identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 years of sales experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
- A growth mindset with eagerness to learn in a performance-driven environment.
