Sales Executive – Events

Afaq Management is looking for a motivated and client-focused Sales Executive – Events to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events, strong sales skills, and the ability to convert client inquiries into successful bookings while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing event leads, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution. This role is suitable for a confident and target-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, manage, and follow up on event leads and customer inquiries.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event packages.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate with event and operations teams for successful event delivery.

• Handle client questions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Requirements:

• Experience in event sales, hospitality, or a similar sales position is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales, follow-up, and client relationship management abilities.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

• UAE experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
