Role Overview
Emirates Logistics is hiring Sales Executives and Customer Service Executives to support freight and shipping activities in Abu Dhabi. Depending on the position, you will help grow client relationships and secure new business, or coordinate service needs and shipment handling; both roles contribute to dependable operations and a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, professional updates on freight and shipping services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support shipment handling and resolve service issues.
- Identify prospective customers and business opportunities within the freight and logistics market.
- For sales roles, pursue new accounts and work toward assigned monthly sales targets.
- Support day-to-day freight and shipping operations, helping ensure customer requirements are addressed.
- Keep communications and coordination professional throughout the customer relationship.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Three to five years of relevant experience in freight, shipping, or logistics.
- Experience with freight and shipping operations in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence.
- For Sales Executive applicants, a record of meeting monthly sales targets and winning new customers.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipment coordination, and logistics practices.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management and sales development.
