Role Overview

Flyria Travel & Tourism is hiring for four roles across sales, marketing, business development, and travel consulting in Dubai. Depending on the position, you’ll help customers choose travel options, promote the company’s services, and build relationships that support new and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss customers’ travel interests and requirements, then recommend relevant holidays, packages, or travel services.
• Respond to enquiries and guide customers through available options and arrangements.
• Promote travel services through sales and marketing activity, tailored to the assigned role.
• Identify prospective clients and follow up on opportunities to develop new business.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide attentive service throughout the sales process.
• Work toward sales goals while contributing to the team’s customer service and business growth objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience in travel, tourism, sales, marketing, business development, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Interest in travel and familiarity with travel and tourism services.
• Confidence working toward sales targets and pursuing business opportunities.
• Good organisation and attention to detail when handling customer requests and travel arrangements.
• Knowledge of sales, customer relationship management, or business development is relevant to the role.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or a related discipline is indicated as an estimated qualification.
