Rider

We are recruiting motorcycle delivery riders to join our partner fleet. Whether you already ride for a platform or are looking for your first opportunity, we want to hear from you. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) 
• Valid Motorcycle Driving License 
• Valid Police Abstract 
• Own a roadworthy motorcycle 
• Own a thermal delivery bag 
• Valid National Identification Card
• Ability to operate a smartphone and mobile applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to read and follow maps and GPS navigation 
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Aged 25 years and above 
• Valid motorcycle insurance (third-party minimum) 
• Prior riding/delivery experience an added advantage 
• Candidates with prior motorcycle riding/delivery experience but who do not own a motorcycle are also encouraged to apply. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Pick up and deliver customer orders accurately and within stipulated timelines 
• Verify delivery details before dispatch and upon delivery 
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and per company procedures
• Handle customer packages with care to prevent damage or loss 
• Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch teams, and supervisors
• Collect and remit payments where applicable 
• Obtain proof of delivery, including signatures or digital confirmation 
• Report delivery challenges, accidents, delays, or complaints promptly 
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and regularly maintained 
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws 
• Wear the prescribed company uniform and protective gear while on duty 
• Maintain accurate delivery records using the company\'s app or assigned systems 
• Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
• Meet daily and weekly delivery performance targets 
• Attend onboarding, training, and refresher sessions as required 
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with the role
