Your accurate tracking and timely follow-up will help the Logistics Manager and Operations team monitor resource use, review supplier charges, and keep operational decisions supported by current information.
Key Responsibilities

- Receive monthly timesheets for rented personnel, machinery, and equipment; check entries against site attendance and operational records.
- Track equipment and machinery usage and prepare timesheets in the company’s required format.
- Liaise with transport, manpower, equipment-rental, and other logistics suppliers to obtain information and outstanding documents.
- Check supplier pro forma invoices against approved timesheets and supporting operational records, and follow up on errors or missing approvals.
- Coordinate Local Purchase Order requests for manpower, machinery, equipment, and logistics services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, and maintain fuel consumption and CAFU tracking records.
- Work with Logistics, Site, Procurement, Accounts, suppliers, and management, following up on pending documentation, approvals, invoices, LPOs, and payments while supporting logistics administration.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in logistics administration or coordination; the source does not specify a required number of years.
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is listed as an estimated qualification.
- Practical ability to manage attendance records, supplier timesheets, LPO requests, operational documentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
