Description:

Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Reservation Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and are skilled in handling guest bookings while delivering excellent customer service.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing reservations efficiently, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel reservations through phone, email, and online platforms

• Assist guests with booking inquiries and provide accurate information

• Maintain and update reservation systems with correct details

• Coordinate with front office and other departments for smooth operations

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service

• Manage booking records and generate reports when required

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker is mandatory

• Previous experience in hotel reservations is preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office

• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred
