Al Khoory Hotels in Dubai is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Reservation Agent to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about guest service and have experience handling hotel bookings and reservation systems.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing reservations efficiently while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for guests.
Requirements:
• Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Prior experience in hotel reservations is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office applications
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred
